Eight 2 bed 1.5 bath homes located near the Alaska Junction in West Seattle developed with sustainable building practices at top of mind.

In partnership with Sledge Construction the existing home on the lot was deconstructed to harvest reclaimed lumber. The existing foundation was ground down and reused onsite as structural fill reducing the amount of carbon emissions associated with trucking. All homes made with at least 80% reclaimed lumber packages from the Magnum storage facility in Ballard. Homes meet the building envelope and efficiency requirements of the 4 star built green standard.
