Deguzman

Some of Kieran’s most prominent childhood memories are working on house projects with his dad. Kieran’s interest in building ultimately lead him to pursue an Engineering degree from the University of Washington.

While working as an engineer, Kieran completed renovations for himself and family members before deciding to purse construction full time.

Kieran has found his passion in new construction and enjoys partnering with skilled crafts people who share a similar attention to detail. Kieran’s homes stand out for their quality, livability, and attention to sustainability.

I truly care about the assembly of a home. I know that my customers are making the biggest purchase of their life and I want my product to live up to their excitement. The buyers experience is important to me and I want to ensure that they are happy and excited about the home they choose.

About Kris

Kris Larson

Kris grew up in Edmonds, WA. Kris worked for 6 years as a commercial fisherman in Alaska before entering residential construction in 2020.

Kris’s background working on commercial boats ensures he is no stranger to the wet weather and hard work that comes with building homes inthe Pacific Northwest.

Kris is now a carpenter and Field Lead on site for Bungalow Building. Hehas a strong attention to detail and an eye for quality and function.
