Bungalow Building is a Seattle general contractor and residential developer. Since 2016 we have built single-family homes, townhomes, ADUs and cottages across the city, from Crown Hill to Hillman City.

Built to last
A layout that flows, durable materials and finishes that hold up over time. We work with a small group of trades who care about the details as much as we do.
A lighter footprint
We build to Built Green standards and deconstruct rather than demolish whenever we can. At Seaview Cottages, every home used at least 80% reclaimed lumber.
Who you will work with
Bungalow Building is led by Kieran de Guzman. Kieran studied engineering at the University of Washington and worked as an engineer, renovating homes for himself and family on the side, before moving into new construction full time.
He stays involved in every project, from the first conversation through the final walkthrough, so you are always talking to someone who knows the job.
